My name is Art Trevino. I am the Building & Grounds/Warehouse Superintendent for Pioneer Communications in Ulysses, KS. Since we moved into our new office we had been fighting the ongoing problem of dust on the furniture. We changed the filters regularly but still seemed to get dust.
We finally contacted Phoenix Restoration and had them come and clean the fans in the basement and all the ductwork. They did all the work at our convenience, mostly on weekends. They did a very good, neat, cleaning job and the results were very noticeable.
To this day it appears that there is very little dust floating around in the offices. Thanks to the people at Phoenix Restoration.

Last year Phoenix Restoration handled a water claim for one of my clients. A water line broke in a bathroom on the 3rd floor of the house. It had the potential of being a very costly claim, however, due to the quick response from Phoenix our cost was kep down significantly.
